Terms of Use

These Terms explain the basic rules for using Sipline and Sipline Pro. Sipline is provided by Peter Hlavatik.

App license

Sipline is licensed, not sold. Your use of Sipline is also governed by Apple platform terms and the App Store terms that apply to apps downloaded through Apple.

Hydration tracking

Sipline provides general hydration tracking, reminders, widgets, Apple Watch surfaces, Siri Shortcuts, and insights. Sipline is not medical advice and is not a medical device.

If you have medical conditions, pregnancy-related hydration concerns, kidney or heart issues, medication-related fluid limits, or other health questions, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Sipline uses these sources for general hydration context: National Academies Dietary Reference Intakes for Water, CDC About Water and Healthier Drinks, and MedlinePlus Dehydration.

Sipline Pro purchases

Sipline Pro unlocks premium convenience features, including smarter reminders, Home Screen widget logging, Lock Screen progress widgets, Apple Watch sync and logging, Siri Shortcuts logging, and 30-day insights.

All purchases are processed by Apple. Prices are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple subscription settings. Deleting Sipline does not cancel an active subscription.

Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase for the current Sipline Pro feature set. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Sipline, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Availability and changes

Sipline may change over time. Features may be updated, added, or removed. The app is provided as available.

No warranty and limitation of liability

Sipline is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peter Hlavatik is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Sipline.
