Sipline

Effective July 5, 2026

Privacy Policy

Sipline is designed to work without an account, without advertising, and without third-party analytics SDKs.

Information Sipline stores on your device

Sipline stores hydration log entries, daily goal, display unit, reminder preferences, quick sip presets, reminder state, Pro entitlement state, widget snapshots, Apple Watch snapshots, and pending quick-sip logs needed for app, widget, Watch, Siri, and reminder features.

This app data is stored using Apple platform storage technologies such as SwiftData and UserDefaults, including an App Group container so the main app, widgets, and Apple Watch surfaces can share the minimum state needed to work.

Apple Health

Apple Health integration is optional. If you enable it, Sipline asks permission to write dietary water samples to Apple Health.

Sipline does not request permission to read your Apple Health data. Water entries are written only after you grant permission, and you can change Health permissions at any time in Apple Health or iOS Settings.

Purchases and subscriptions

Sipline Pro purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Sipline does not receive or store your payment card details.

Sipline stores local purchase entitlement state so it can unlock Pro features, widgets, Apple Watch logging, Siri Shortcuts, reminder styles, and insights. Subscription management, cancellation, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple.

Information we do not collect

Sipline does not require an account, collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, camera data, microphone data, advertising identifiers, or use third-party analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or attribution SDKs.

Sipline does not track you across apps or websites, sell personal information, or operate a developer server that receives your hydration logs.

Data retention and deletion

Hydration logs and preferences remain on your device until you delete them, reset app data, or delete the app. Deleting Sipline removes local app data from the device, subject to normal iOS backup and restore behavior.

Deleting Sipline does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions must be managed or cancelled through Apple subscription settings. If Apple Health writing is enabled, water samples already written to Apple Health remain in Apple Health until you delete them there.
